How long does processing an order take?
All in stock items will ship out within two business days after your transaction has been approved.
Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Yes, sales tax is calculated in cart.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Yes, but please notify us as soon as possible if an order must be canceled or modified via Molly@ImmerJewlery.com. We are unable to make changes to the items in your order once it has been placed but are happy to cancel the order and help you place a new one.
Do you make custom pieces?
Yes! We have not done any yet but we would love to work with you to make your perfect ring. The process is fun! Please email Molly@ImmerJewelry.com or use the contact form below.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
No, not at this time.
Where are your diamonds from?
All diamonds we sell are post consumer (meaning they were previously a part of another piece of jewelry) or recycled (meaning they may have been on another piece of jewelry, but could have come from a jewelry store liquidating). While it is impossible for us to know where our stones come from, please note that every single stone we use is post-consumer or recycled - including the smallest side stones! This means our sourcing of diamonds does not contribute to unethical diamond mining.
What mine is your gold from?
We primarily use 14k recycled gold, which shines brightly while being more durable than 24k. We can make custom rings in any color and karat of gold. Some of our rings are made of certified Fairmined gold from mines in Aurelsa Peru & Iquira Columbia. To find out more about our gold see Immer's About Us page.
Where are your boxes/packaging from?
Our boxes are made in Rhode Island. All packaging and paper used for shipment is recycled.
Can a ring be resized?
Each ring will indicate if it can be resized or not and by how much - typically thick or infinity bands can not be resized. After placing an order please email Molly@ImmerJewelry.com if you would like a free ring sizer sent to you, prior to your order being sent out. Please note there is a 30% restocking fee on returns of rings that have been resized.
My ring doesnt fit - can you resize it?
We will resize your ring one time at no charge, if it is a piece that can be resized (note not all rings can be resized). You will only need to pay for the cost of return shipping. We will send you a ring sizer at no cost if you are unsure of your size prior to resizing for you. Please allow up to two weeks for us to resize your ring.
Can I return a ring I had resized?
You can return within 30 days but please note there will be a 30% restocking fee.
I am ordering for someone as a suprise and do not know their ring size, what should I do?
Your best bet is to ask a friend or family member if they know their size, or measure the circumfrence of a ring they wear on the finger you are buying for - use this link to convert to ring size. If that does not work please note that our rings are standard size 6 (the most common ring size), if you order and it turns out it does not fit we are happy to resize for you for free - you just pay the cost of shipping. Not sure what size you need after you order? We will send you a ring sizer for free prior to resizing for you.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days for a full refund if the piece has not been worn or altered in any way. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note there is a 30% restocking fee on returns of rings that have been resized for you.
Do you offer a warranty?
We guarantee lifetime repairs on any defects due to manufacturing. We do not cover damage due to wear and tear, neglect, or lost items.

Are your packages insured?
Yes, we ship all packages fully insured and we require you to sign for all packages. Please use a delivery address you trust!
Is return or resizing shipping free?
No - you will need to pay for return or ring resizing shipping back to us. We highly reccomend returning with insured shipping that requires a signature upon delivery.
